Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Technier ("Technier," "we," "us," or "our"), operating through Aspire Enterprises LLC (Delaware, USA), collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit https://technier.co, contact us, apply for a role or work with us. For the personal data described here, Technier (through Aspire Enterprises LLC) is the controller. When we process personal data on a client's behalf while delivering a project, we act as a processor under that client's instructions and our agreement with them.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiries: name, email address, phone number (optional), company, budget range, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Job applications: name, email address, phone number, expected salary and your CV/resume.
- Client work and communications: business contact details and anything you share with us by email, calls or meetings.
Information collected automatically
- Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps, used for security and reliability.
- Cookies: we only use a strictly necessary cookie to keep authorised staff signed in to our content admin area. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies on this website.
If you book a call through a third-party scheduling tool linked from our site, that provider handles your booking under its own privacy policy.
3. How we use your information and our legal bases
Where laws such as the EU or UK GDPR require a legal basis, we rely on the following:
- Contract and pre-contract steps: to answer your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver services you request.
- Legitimate interests: to run and secure our website, prevent abuse, improve our services, manage our business relationships and assess job applications. We balance these interests against your rights.
- Consent: for optional marketing emails and any other processing where the law requires consent. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
- Legal obligation: to keep records and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share personal data only with:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, database and file storage, email and scheduling providers, under contracts that limit how they may use the data;
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants;
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights; and
- A successor organisation in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to this Policy.
5. International transfers
We work with clients and team members in many countries, and our service providers may store data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data from the EU/EEA, the UK or another jurisdiction with transfer rules is sent to a country without an adequacy decision, we use appropriate safeguards where applicable, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other mechanisms recognised by the applicable law.
6. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and client communications: for as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
- Job applications: for the duration of the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or agree to us keeping them for future roles.
- Technical logs: for a limited period set by our hosting provider, for security and troubleshooting.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Delete your data;
- Portability: receive your data in a portable format or have it sent to another organisation;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances;
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent; and
- Complain to a data-protection authority.
To make a request, email bd@technier.co. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
