Services provided to clients are governed by separate Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, or other written agreements. These Terms of Service apply to use of this website and do not supersede any client agreements.
Technier operates through Aspire Enterprises LLC, registered in Delaware, USA, which handles contracting and invoicing for client engagements.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law and Disputes
Client agreements come first. If you have a signed client agreement, Master Service Agreement or Statement of Work with us, the governing law, venue and dispute-resolution terms set out in that agreement apply to any matter it covers.
Otherwise. Where no signed agreement applies, these Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (the state of registration of Aspire Enterprises LLC), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, which continue to apply.
Resolving disputes. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at bd@technier.coso that we can try to resolve it informally. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for at least 30 days before starting formal proceedings. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be referred to mediation or arbitration where the applicable client agreement provides for it; otherwise either party may bring proceedings in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, USA, subject to any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
